This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive execution of campaigns for the lender business in HubSpot, which includes email, lifecycle, nurture, paid advertising, routing, and lead management programs.
• Develop, launch, assess, and refine campaigns based on their performance and impact on the sales pipeline.
• Manage the daily operations and optimization of the GTM technology stack (HubSpot, Clay, AirOps, Lemlist).
• Create and uphold lead scoring models, routing logic, lifecycle stages, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure the quality of data, accuracy of attribution, and reliability of the systems across GTM platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to translate GTM strategy into actionable execution.
• Design, enhance, create, and sustain automated workflows utilizing tools such as n8n, Lemlist, Clay, and AirOps.
• Develop AI-driven enrichment, outbound, and intent-detection pipelines.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on GTM experiments to enhance conversion rates and operational efficiency.
• Oversee marketing attribution, pipeline analytics, and GTM performance reporting.
• Create and maintain dashboards as well as automated reporting pipelines (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sheets, Looker, or similar).
• Develop playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation for GTM systems, campaigns, and workflows.
• Train and empower Marketing and Revenue teams on tools, processes, and best practices.
• Establish guidelines and operational frameworks to ensure adoption, consistency, and confidence in GTM systems.
• Serve as the internal authority on 'how we operate Marketing GTM.'
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market / Growth Engineering roles.
• Practical experience in executing and optimizing end-to-end campaigns in HubSpot.
• Significant experience with GTM automation and enrichment tools (Clay, AirOps, n8n, or similar).
• Proficiency in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data structure).
• Strong background in API and integration across GTM systems.
• Analytical proficiency (SQL, advanced spreadsheets, or both).
• A solid systems thinking and ownership mindset — you are responsible for outcomes, not merely for tools.
• Ability to operate effectively without a fully defined playbook.
