This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish the partner enablement framework for ElevenLabs from the ground up, including onboarding pathways, role-specific certification programs (Sales, SE, Delivery), and the Partner Academy (LMS/PRM) designed for global scalability.
• Create practical technical labs, sandbox setups, and certification activities that provide partner SEs with authentic implementation experience before market launch.
• Produce partner-facing commercial materials - playbooks, discovery resources, demo scripts, and architectural blueprints - that effectively convey ElevenLabs' capabilities for partner execution in the field.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Partnerships to synchronize enablement efforts with pipeline activities, target accounts, and activation metrics; evaluate success based on partner time-to-first-deal, certification rates, and partner-generated pipeline.
• Leverage ElevenLabs' proprietary voice and agent technology to develop localized, AI-driven training materials that highlight the platform through the enablement process itself.
• Adapt to internal Sales Enablement (AE, SDR, CSM) as necessary, as this is a compact, full-stack team.
• 4–7+ years of experience in partner/channel enablement, solutions engineering, or go-to-market enablement within a SaaS or platform organization, with a minimum of 2 years focused on enabling external partners.
• Demonstrated ability as a 0→1 builder: you have established a partner enablement program rather than merely functioning within one.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and developer tools — capable of reading API documentation, executing a Postman collection, and leading a credible technical workshop without being an engineer.
• Experience in creating hands-on labs, sandbox environments, or technical exercises for partner SEs.
• Knowledge or experience in developing LMS/PRM infrastructure; you understand what should be built versus purchased and how to scale these systems.
• Strong commercial acumen: you evaluate enablement based on activation, pipeline quality, and behaviors that generate revenue.
• Experience in enabling a variety of partner types (resellers, GSIs, technology partners) and adapting strategies according to partner motion and maturity.
• A structured thinker who can work autonomously, with minimal processes and in ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable delivering live and asynchronous training across different global time zones.
• Remote-first; a strong preference for candidates in Europe/UK to collaborate with the Sales Enablement Lead, International and London HQ.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Revenue Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams.
• An analytical mindset with experience in defining and measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Comfortable working across various global time zones and cultures.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
