This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the reliability, automation, and delivery infrastructure for the GTM technology stack.
• Collaborate with Business Systems developers and stakeholders to create and sustain pipelines and monitoring frameworks.
• Design, construct, and uphold CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workato.
• Expand CI/CD methodologies to encompass AI agent workloads on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock.
• Implement safe rollout strategies to minimize deployment risks.
• Define SLA/SLO metrics for primary GTM systems and standardize monitoring and alerting processes.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of sandbox, staging, and production environments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure for GCP and AWS workloads while applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Set up standards for secrets management and define policies for API key rotation.
• Develop internal tools and automation scripts to boost deployment confidence.
• Document and maintain operational runbooks and standards.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering position.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, sandboxes, change sets, or pipeline-based deployments).
• Familiarity with at least one other GTM/ERP platform, such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato, in an operational or deployment role.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Practical experience with GCP services — including Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, and GCS — in a deployment or operational context.
• Experience with AWS services in an integration or operational capacity — such as Lambda, S3, SQS, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch; familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore or similar managed agent hosting infrastructure is a significant advantage.
• Experience managing containerized workloads, including image lifecycle management, dependency scanning, and supply chain security practices.
• Background in incident management, on-call processes, and composing post-incident reviews.
