• Delivering technical assistance to DXC corporate clients

• Advanced technical support for Service Desk L1 teams

• Accountable for Windows operating systems and standard Microsoft applications

• Interacting with technical teams and specialists

• Proficient in both German and English

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems

• Understanding of Active Directory principles

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite

• Enabling standard IP printing and troubleshooting printer queues
