This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
⢠Take charge of Starlinkās strategy and execution aimed at growing consumer subscribers in Nebraska, fully accountable for meeting ambitious growth objectives within the state.
⢠Act as the local market leader for Starlink, responsible for awareness, customer acquisition, partnerships, and overall performance.
⢠Implement business development strategies to enhance Starlinkās consumer footprint across Nebraska.
⢠Identify, assess, and establish new channels for customer acquisition, collaborating with internet service providers, affiliates, utilities, retailers, installers, real estate partners, community organizations, and local government entities.
⢠Oversee deal execution from initial opportunity identification to the finalization of commercial agreements and partner launches.
⢠Represent Starlink in external engagements with potential commercial partners and community stakeholders.
⢠Lead local marketing initiatives and awareness campaigns, including field marketing, community events, trade shows, retail activations, and grassroots efforts.
⢠Enhance Starlinkās brand presence and visibility throughout the state.
⢠Gather and analyze feedback from customers and partners to inform product offerings, pricing strategies, and market entry approaches.
⢠Monitor and report on subscriber acquisition performance, partner productivity, and return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and growth initiatives.
⢠Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, operations, engineering, and finance teams to implement scalable growth programs.
⢠Design and execute pilots and growth experiments to pinpoint high-performing acquisition channels.
⢠Bachelorās degree; or a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
⢠In-depth knowledge of consumer purchasing behavior within the state, especially in rural regions.
⢠Experience in consumer technology, telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or subscription service industries.
⢠Strong execution focus with the capacity to work independently in the field.
⢠Proven experience in building and scaling local or regional partnerships and distribution networks.
⢠Background in executing local marketing, field marketing, or community growth initiatives.
⢠Previous experience in launching and expanding products within the state.
⢠Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish and achieving measurable growth outcomes.
⢠Self-motivated with a history of execution and taking ownership.
⢠Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
⢠Strong analytical skills with the ability to track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
⢠Must be available for extended hours and weekends as required.
⢠Willingness to travel approximately 75% or more of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX facilities.
