• Enhance visibility across AI-driven search engines and extensive language models.
• Execute experiments weekly, assessing outcomes, and iterating swiftly.
• Conduct a minimum of 5 experiments each week, showcasing measurable advancement on a weekly basis.
• Manage the experiment tracker: ensuring structure, completeness, and consistency across various pillars.
• Create a weekly summary that provides leadership with a clear overview of what has been launched, what has succeeded, and future steps.
• Monitor approval and review SLAs, highlighting any issues before they escalate into problems.
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable briefs with defined owners, success metrics, and deadlines.
• 5 or more years of experience in operations or program management in a high-output environment: agency, growth team, or product team that executes experiments weekly.
• Has personally developed or revamped a tracking or operational system from scratch, not merely maintained one. Concrete examples will be required during the interview.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, including pivots and lookups; can comprehend basic SQL or Looker queries.
• Async-first communicator with strong written English skills. Does not leave questions pending until a meeting.
• Has previous experience in a growth function—SEO, paid, CRO, or lifecycle. While not needing to be a specialist, should be able to read a brief and assess its coherence.
• Possesses an understanding of funnel mechanics and the distinction between leading and lagging indicators without needing clarification.
• Familiar with at least two of the following: SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads), A/B testing tools, and marketing attribution platforms.
• Has delivered tangible results through collaboration with others, rather than just managing tasks. Can differentiate between coordinating and project management.
• Comfortable ensuring accountability among senior contributors, including those with more experience or credentials than oneself.
• Capable of crafting a one-page brief that translates a vague intention into an actionable experiment.
• Knows when to escalate issues and when to handle them independently.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Flexible work hours and remote work options.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Collaborative and innovative work environment.
