Growth Product Manager

📋 Description

• Establish the product roadmap at the top of the funnel

• Enhance funnels utilizing AI technologies

• Create, implement, and test AI-driven solutions

• Oversee the product development lifecycle

• Collaborate with leadership to uncover AI opportunities

• Design and oversee a strategic experiment roadmap

• Define and track activation performance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager

• Demonstrated expertise in acquisition, activation, retention, data, or AI

• An experiment-first approach to product management

• Bonus: Experience with direct-to-consumer growth in the health tech sector

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with deploying AI agents or tools based on LLMs

• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
