Growth Product Manager

📋 Description

• Establish the product roadmap at the initial stages of the funnel.

• Enhance funnels by utilizing AI technologies.

• Develop, implement, and test AI-driven solutions.

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint AI opportunities.

• Create and manage a strategic roadmap for experiments.

• Define and track activation performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a Product Management role.

• Demonstrated expertise in acquisition, activation, retention, data, or AI.

• A mindset focused on experimentation.

• Bonus: Experience in direct-to-consumer growth within the health tech sector.

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with deploying AI agents or tools based on LLM.

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards.
