Growth Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist prospective patients throughout the onboarding process — from the initial inquiry to appointment scheduling.

• Provide a smooth and reliable intake experience.

• Perform virtual consultations with patients.

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information.

• Oversee scheduling and manage follow-ups using CRM and patient management systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in patient intake, telehealth, or patient-facing healthcare operations.

• Proven experience in conducting patient consultations, intake calls, or coordinating appointments.

• Experience in leading live video consultations with patients via Zoom or similar platforms.

• Proficient in using CRM, scheduling, or patient management software.

• Familiarity with handling medical insurance information and related patient inquiries.

• Competence in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and team communication tools (such as Slack).

• C1+ level English (CEFR) for voice/video consultations with clients.

• Background in US healthcare administration or telehealth operations (Preferred).

• Experience in patient conversion, admissions, or healthcare enrollment processes (Preferred).

• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Preferred).

• Experience in supporting high-growth healthcare organizations or startups (Preferred).

• Exposure to workflow optimization or process improvement using tools such as Asana, Notion, or ClickUp (Preferred).
