Growth Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Flight Plan Infrastructure.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the Flight Plan, from client onboarding to full operational deployment.

• Ensure that each client's Flight Plan is correctly established, maintained, and yields actionable insights.

• Monitor the health and precision of each client's operational and financial dashboards, which include P&Ls, revenue tracking, and margin reporting.

• Actively identify gaps or inefficiencies in a client's infrastructure and drive solutions.

• Make sure clients are actively utilizing and gaining value from the insights provided by their Flight Plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess advanced SQL skills (BigQuery preferred) and have experience writing complex joins, handling nested schemas such as Shopify and Amazon Central data, and developing aggregation and transformation logic.

• You are adept at using Python for automation and APIs, including tasks such as data extraction, Cloud Functions, scheduled jobs, and ETL workflows.

• You are enthusiastic about incorporating AI tools into your workflow to improve speed, accuracy, and quality of output.

• You have practical experience with data warehousing and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), which includes knowledge of BigQuery architecture, raw-to-clean-to-aggregated data layers, and pipeline automation.

• You are fluent in English and comfortable in client-facing situations, including direct discussions with US-based e-commerce founders and operators.

• You are skilled in Excel and Google Sheets.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and unwavering in your commitment to accuracy.

• You prefer taking ownership rather than being supervised and value execution over theoretical concepts.

• You can manage a comprehensive financial and operational infrastructure, which includes dashboards and P&Ls, ensuring that systems are clean, accurate, and actionable.
