Growth & Markets Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Frame unclear business challenges with structured analytical methodologies, establishing clear pathways even when the questions are not fully articulated.

• Manage analyses from start to finish with minimal supervision — encompassing data aggregation and cleaning, all the way to insights, recommendations, and communication.

• Collect and examine customer and product data to reveal trends, patterns, and opportunities that guide strategic decisions.

• Conduct pricing and packaging analyses that align with EverPro’s strategic growth objectives.

• Assess the operational requirements necessary to implement strategic decisions — including researching relevant systems, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and critically evaluating trade-offs among various approaches.

• Convert findings into clear, concise presentations and recommendations that simplify complex analyses for understanding and action.

• Collaborate across functions with BI, data analytics, finance, and product teams to gather insights, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: strategy, growth, consulting, product marketing, financial analysis, business and/or revenue operations.

• Experience in the SaaS or software industry is strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, expansion metrics).

• Proficiency in Excel is essential — capable of analyzing data thoughtfully rather than merely accepting it at face value.

• Basic understanding of AI — you know how to craft effective prompts and integrate AI tools into your everyday tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• Direct experience with software/subscription pricing and packaging models.

• Hands-on experience with SaaS billing systems, CRMs, or BI tools — and the ability to utilize the data generated from them.

• Experience building an AI workflow or agent to enhance efficiency.

• Intellectually curious: you have a genuine interest in uncovering root causes and addressing the right problems, rather than merely completing tasks in front of you.

• Critical thinker: you critically evaluate data to validate conclusions, taking the time to ensure accuracy rather than rushing based on flawed assumptions.

• Proactive and self-driven: you take initiative to identify the next question and seek out answers without waiting for direction.

• Comfortable with uncertainty: you can make progress and create structure around a problem even when the pathway is not fully outlined.

• Strong attention to detail: you notice what others overlook and take pride in delivering work that is accurate and well-reasoned.

• Excellent communicator: you can simplify complex analyses into a clear "so what" and present recommendations that are easy to implement.

• Collaborative: you are willing to ask for assistance and proactively seek the right person even when you are unsure of who that may be.
