This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies that are in line with revenue and pipeline objectives.
• Take ownership of full-funnel experimentation, encompassing paid media, lifecycle email, landing pages, and conversion pathways.
• Enhance acquisition and conversion performance across various channels by utilizing data and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to effectively articulate AI-driven value propositions.
• Work together with Sales and RevOps to enhance funnel velocity and boost conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on growth metrics such as CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Proven track record in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS context.
• Solid understanding of AI-powered products and their effects on buyer behavior and messaging.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-driven initiatives.
• Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo integrated with Salesforce).
• Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for converting data into actionable insights.
• Non-negotiable: Prior experience in fully remote settings, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or equivalent), and experience with US- or UK-based organizations.
