This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.
• Design and implement comprehensive lead generation campaigns utilizing paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, SEO, and social media channels.
• Enhance growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline development, customer acquisition, and conversion ratios.
• Optimize marketing performance across the entire funnel, from initial awareness to opportunity creation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to enhance lead quality, routing, follow-up SLAs, and conversion effectiveness.
• Take ownership of campaign planning, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Oversee campaign calendars, budgets, targeting strategies, and performance metrics.
• Execute A/B testing strategies on landing pages, messaging, advertisements, and nurture flows.
• Track acquisition costs, cost per lead, return on ad spend, and pipeline velocity.
• Analyze funnel performance and pinpoint opportunities for improving conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
• Ensure precise campaign attribution and lead tracking.
• Present key performance indicator insights and strategic suggestions to senior leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with product marketing, content, revenue operations, sales, and customer success teams.
• Align campaign strategies with product launches, market segments, and sales priorities.
• Assist in account-based marketing (ABM) and customer expansion efforts where relevant.
• Establish operational standards and performance expectations for the growth marketing team.
• Foster accountability within the team to ensure achievement of pipeline, campaign, and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of growth marketers, including conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing continuous feedback and career development support.
• Supervise and guide junior growth marketing team members and external agencies.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing lead generation initiatives that yield measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to track and manage key performance indicators including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record in managing integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
