This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop scalable strategies and tactics to enhance revenue growth through rapid acquisition and nurturing initiatives across various channels.
• Create and manage targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for key accounts.
• Adapt and expand core product marketing messages and assets into comprehensive, segment-specific campaign materials.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to pinpoint opportunities and ensure ABM efforts align with account growth goals.
• Oversee the demand generation engine, which includes paid advertising, organic initiatives, account-based strategies, and channel tactics throughout the entire funnel.
• Set up analytics for measuring campaign performance; relay performance outcomes and insights to marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
• Manage campaign operations and guarantee the timely execution of campaigns.
• Lead email and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Enhance content and social media as channels for growth by developing strategies based on SEO, AEO, ABM, distribution logic, and audience insights.
• Over 10 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a growth or demand generation role within a high-growth tech organization.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise programs at scale.
• A B2B foundation complemented by B2C instincts.
• Experience in matrix organizations and complex sales settings.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
• Technical expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and attribution platforms.
• Extensive understanding of demand generation techniques and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
• Data-driven decision-making approach that influences marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Proven experience with B2B organic and paid channels, including LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms, and industry-specific platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable developing internal tools and workflows using AI.
• Low ego with high standards; direct, collaborative, and focused on achieving results.
• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Marketing, Business, Science, or Engineering.
