This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and execute a thorough growth marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize significant growth opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Own growth targets and key results, including forecasting and performance reporting.
• Collaborate across departments with internal partners in Marketing, Portfolio, Product, Sales, and more.
• Lead agencies and external partners as necessary.
• Spearhead multi-channel acquisition tactics, including paid media, SEO, content, partnerships, referrals, and ABM.
• Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through rigorous experimentation and testing.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns.
• Build and scale lifecycle marketing initiatives such as onboarding, engagement, upselling, and retention.
• Partner with Product and Customer teams to enhance activation and minimize churn.
• Utilize data and insights to guide decisions and foster continuous performance improvement.
• Establish a robust experimentation culture focusing on A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.
• A proven history of driving measurable growth in revenue, user base, or sales pipeline.
• Extensive knowledge of paid acquisition channels such as Google and Meta.
• A strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience leveraging data for decision-making.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and marketing technology stacks.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Experience in scaling growth within a fast-paced or high-growth setting.
