This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Conduct research to understand audience motivations, objections, and purchasing triggers β utilizing Reddit, reviews, competitor advertisements, and social listening.
β’ Craft direct-response hooks, scripts, and body copy across various formats (static, video, user-generated content).
β’ Oversee creative production and remain updated on trends across TikTok and Instagram.
β’ Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns from start to finish β including targeting, budget allocation, and structure.
β’ Analyze performance with speed and clarity: identify changes, reasons, and next steps.
β’ Interpret key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL) and link them to creative choices.
β’ Convert data into actionable insights: what occurred, its significance, and future implications.
β’ Confidently lead client calls and foster strong relationships through proactive communication.
β’ Demonstrated hands-on experience with Meta Ads β you have managed execution, not just observed dashboards.
β’ Strong instincts for direct-response copywriting: crafting hooks, benefits, CTAs, and positioning strategies.
β’ Comfortable managing client relationships and spearheading strategic discussions.
β’ Excellent written and spoken English; disciplined in remote work settings.
β’ Experience with creator brands, user-generated content, or direct-response eCommerce is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Google Ads is advantageous.
β’ Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
