This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive performance marketing campaigns — establish, test, and refine using AI-driven workflows (Claude Code or similar tools)

• Focus on enterprise lead generation as your primary metric — prioritize quality pipeline over superficial numbers

• Independently test hypotheses, meticulously track experiments, and ensure clear metrics inform every decision

• Engage in product marketing — convert Awesomic's positioning into compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive conversions

• Develop automated marketing workflows utilizing APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) without waiting for engineering assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in executing performance marketing campaigns from start to finish (not merely managing agencies)

• Proficient in formulating and testing growth hypotheses independently — you provide data, not just concepts

• Strong knowledge of B2B / enterprise buyer journeys

• Fluent in English and excel in a dynamic, high-responsibility environment
