This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Create and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies aimed at enhancing the adoption of Pond’s AI models.

• Develop and establish a Developer and Area Ambassador Program to engage developers and general users, boosting project visibility and interaction.

• Enhance funnel metrics for onboarding developers and general users, while improving ecosystem engagement and retention.

• Identify and execute growth loops utilizing on-chain data insights and AI-driven automation.

• Expand Pond’s developer ecosystem by encouraging contributions and integrations.

• Oversee community growth, managing content, engagement, and incentive initiatives.

• Spearhead educational programs, including workshops, hackathons, and grants to attract builders.

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with L1/L2 chains, DeFi protocols, DAOs, and AI-centric projects.

• Collaborate closely with business development to facilitate impactful integrations.

• Work alongside marketing and research teams to establish Pond as a leader in AI within the web3 space.

• Define and monitor KPIs related to user growth, adoption, and overall ecosystem health.

• Conduct A/B testing on user journeys, onboarding processes, and activation strategies.

• Utilize on-chain analytics, growth hacking methodologies, and AI automation to enhance engagement.

• Proven experience in developing an ambassador program.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or ecosystem development in the web3 or AI sectors.

• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, on-chain data, and AI-driven applications.

• Proven experience in driving user acquisition, retention, and creating network effects.

• Ability to analyze growth data, establish KPIs, and enhance conversion funnels.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both developers and end-users effectively.

• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach, adaptability, and a mindset geared towards experimentation.

• Previous experience in crypto-native AI, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure is considered a plus.

• Familiarity with growth tools, analytics dashboards, and web3 engagement platforms is a plus.

• Experience in developer and user marketing, grants programs, or organizing hackathons is advantageous.

• Technical knowledge in machine learning is seen as a bonus.
