This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of both sales and marketing for the organization.

• Manage the sales process from the initial conversation to the signed contract.

• Conduct introductory and discovery calls with incoming prospects.

• Lead strategy and pitch presentations.

• Oversee the entire pipeline from the first point of contact to closure.

• Address objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.

• Develop and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.

• Manage and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns.

• Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.

• Generate or oversee the production of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.

• Take a holistic approach to branding and understand advertising as part of a larger growth strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).

• Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a prior position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.

• Background in selling professional services with a sales cycle of about 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market clients.

• Practical experience in managing paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.

• Able to work independently across both sales and marketing functions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Located in the United States and available during standard business hours.

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
