Growth & Launch Operator – Fintech, Crypto Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Initiate the growth direction for a fintech product in Spain.

• Develop influencer, referral, and community acquisition strategies.

• Collaborate with local communities, Telegram ecosystems, creators, and micro-influencers.

• Organize production and coordination, including:

• Copywriting.

• Social Media Marketing (SMM).

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

• Creative content development.

• Local partnerships.

• Independently identify and coordinate contractors.

• Test growth hypotheses and swiftly launch new channels.

• Assist with product positioning and packaging.

• Establish a systematic launch process in collaboration with the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, web3, neobanks, or wallet products.

• Proven track record in launching growth or Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in startup or scale-up environments.

• Hands-on mindset—willingness to take on tasks independently.

• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy.

• Understanding of referral, community, and influencer mechanics.

• Ability to operate without significant structure or bureaucracy.

• Experience working with contractors and external teams.

• Preferred: Experience living or working in Spain or Portugal.

• Insight into the pain points of expatriates and Ukrainians in Europe.

• Experience in launching community-led growth initiatives.

• Familiarity with the Telegram or crypto ecosystem.
