This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In this role as the inaugural growth hire, you will take charge of enhancing brand visibility, user acquisition, and establishing scalable growth mechanisms.

• About 50% of your responsibilities will entail engaging directly with online communities across various platforms, including Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook groups, and digital nomad networks.

• You will enjoy considerable autonomy to experiment with ideas, conduct tests, and uncover growth opportunities without the need for a pre-existing playbook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in driving growth for consumer products, preferably within fintech, payments, remittance, marketplaces, social applications, or other highly engaging consumer services.

• Proven track record of guiding products from launch to achieving significant early traction (e.g., over 1,000 active users).

• Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, activation strategies, retention techniques, referral systems, and user lifecycle management.

• Experience in executing hands-on growth experiments and translating insights into quantifiable results.

• Extensive knowledge of attention-driven marketing, community-led growth strategies, viral loops, partnerships, creator ecosystems, and unconventional distribution channels.

• Comfortable functioning in an early-stage setting with minimal structure and a high degree of ownership.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.
