This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Expand AI-driven capabilities throughout the team.
• Navigate a dynamic project list of outcomes that adapt as we grow, delivering capabilities, workflows, and reports.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and other departments to collect requirements and empower teams with the capabilities you will develop.
• Concentrate on linking essential components of the go-to-market strategy to facilitate quicker and more accurate outcomes.
• Develop documentation and resources to assist the team in acquiring new skills and building agents at scale.
• Spearhead Demand Generation initiatives.
• Utilize AI to collaborate with contractors, agencies, and internal resources to enhance results.
• Integrate various reporting signals into a unified perspective.
• Streamline signals and workflows within our go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee Marketing reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with RevOps and AI tools to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of Marketing KPIs.
• Analyze data for insights and escalate findings that may lead to enhanced go-to-market performance.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including expertise in marketing automation.
• Familiarity with the Revenue Cycle and reporting.
• Proficiency in Claude skills, projects, and agent builds for Marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting abilities.
• Strongly preferred: Experience with an agency or managing an agency.
• Background in optimization across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Experience with startups or scaling businesses focused on Enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of the eCommerce sector.
• Capable of producing board-level reporting outputs.
