This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate, manage, and enhance paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic platforms, and innovative AI-native channels — directly engaged, no handoffs involved.
• Develop AI-driven workflows that automate manual tasks: generating copy, segmenting audiences, enriching data, and reporting.
• Create a pipeline from targeted account lists using an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach — rapidly moving from signal to sequence.
• Test new growth channels; eliminate what doesn't yield results and amplify what does.
• Leverage AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enhance and qualify leads before they reach the sales team.
• Assess funnel performance, extract insights, and take action without needing direction.
• You utilize AI tools daily — not for experimentation, but as essential tools for your role: crafting copy, building workflows, conducting research, and performing analysis.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing.
• You have personally launched and optimized paid campaigns (not merely overseeing agencies).
• Strong analytical capabilities — proficient with attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with programmatic/ABM tools (such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
• Remote-first work culture.
• Strong product/market alignment: a marketing data product designed for US-based enterprises.
