Growth Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance our **landing pages, funnels, and growth drivers** using **React & NestJS**.

• Take ownership of **analytics, tracking, and attribution** processes.

• Proactively plan, implement, and evaluate **growth experiments**.

• Create internal **tools and automations** to support scalable acquisition efforts.

• Strong **growth mindset**.

• Significant experience with **TypeScript, React, and Node.js (preferably NestJS)**.

• Possess a **data-driven** approach, making decisions grounded in experimentation.

• **Pragmatic** approach: decompose hypotheses into manageable experiments that yield immediate insights, and iterate based on new findings.

• Proficient in **Native German** and fluent in English.
