This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

• Design and enhance customer-oriented experiments across both web and mobile platforms.

• Execute A/B testing, create landing pages, develop onboarding processes, conduct feature experiments, and drive conversion enhancements.

• Quickly prototype and assess new customer experiences, prioritizing learning and the speed of iteration.

• Aid in enhancing booking funnels, user pathways, and conversion rates across various platforms.

• Optimize and fine-tune experiments based on analytical data, customer behavior, and performance metrics.

• Build and sustain customer-facing features within Next.js web apps and React Native / Expo mobile applications.

• Produce clean, understandable, and maintainable TypeScript and React code in accordance with team standards.

• Assist in the implementation of responsive and high-performing user interface experiences across multiple devices.

• Collaborate closely with Analytics and Product teams to confirm hypotheses and evaluate success.

• 2–5 years of experience in developing customer-facing web or mobile applications.

• Professional expertise in React and TypeScript.

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js and/or React Native.

• Proficient in creating responsive user interfaces and customer-centric workflows.

• Familiarity with APIs and GraphQL-based systems.

• Experience working within collaborative Git-based development environments.

• Comfortable navigating fast-paced or iterative product settings.
