Growth Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the multi-touch attribution framework within our data warehouse.

• Take full ownership of our tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager and Segment.

• Engineer solutions for identity resolution by linking anonymous sessions to identified users.

• Implement server-side tracking to enhance accuracy and mitigate the effects of ad blockers.

• Create the data pipelines that support our BI tools and visualize the entire conversion funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager, focusing on custom tracking scripts and DOM manipulation.

• Familiarity with integrating MarTech APIs, including ad platforms, CDPs (such as Segment), and a data warehouse.

• Experience in multi-touch attribution and/or identity resolution methodologies.

• Understanding of privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA) along with cookie consent management.

• Minimum requirement of conversational proficiency in English. This is essential as English is our company language and is used for all business communications, ensuring you can effectively integrate into the Booksy team.

• Experience with server-side tracking, specifically server-side GTM and Conversions API.

• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools, particularly Looker.

• Strong SQL and data modeling abilities, preferably with dbt and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or BigQuery).
