Growth Engineer, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Responsible for driving high-velocity agentic go-to-market demand and growth across a strategic product portfolio.

• Develop strategies, coordinate multi-agent workflows, and implement autonomous pipelines.

• Work closely with the CEO and CRO, making swift decisions within hours.

• Oversee marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipelines for product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• An AI-native builder rather than a manager with a mere curiosity about AI.

• Proven experience in delivering multiple production agent or LLM workflows.

• Proficient in using HubSpot, Clay-class tools, and ZoomInfo or a similar enterprise data platform.

• Comfortable with light coding (TypeScript or Python).

• A demonstrated history of selling within long, regulated enterprise cycles.
