This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• The Manager of Growth + Revenue Marketing is accountable for driving pipeline and opportunity generation by overseeing the processes of lead capture, management, and conversion throughout the sales funnel.
• This position emphasizes performance, ensuring that high-intent leads transition smoothly from initial engagement to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and into qualified opportunities.
• Responsibilities include enhancing follow-up strategies, closely collaborating with Sales and an external BDR partner, and fortifying the systems and processes that facilitate effective lead management and conversion.
• You will collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and programs, such as webinars, digital channels, trade shows, and innovative AI-driven discovery initiatives, that directly contribute to the pipeline and foster ongoing opportunity creation.
• Achieving success in this role necessitates an individual who can both implement and strategize, pinpoint areas where performance falters, test remedies, enhance results, and adapt swiftly—someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities while remaining receptive to team feedback and input.
• A BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
• 4-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or revenue marketing is essential.
• A background in Healthcare IT is advantageous.
• Must be metrics-driven, with a proven track record of driving pipeline, conversion, and revenue results.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign implementation is required.
• Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, webinars, nurture programs, and conversion-oriented messaging is essential.
• Experience in working with or managing BDR/SDR teams is a plus.
