• Lead a team of Regional Operations Directors.

• Guarantee the delivery of outstanding medical care and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA or DVM is preferred.

• 10+ years of relevant experience / 12+ years preferred.

• Proficiency in reaching, writing, and speaking English.

• Advanced digital skills with productivity tools, including MS365.

• Strong expertise in data and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).

• Extensive knowledge of the veterinary, healthcare, or related services industry.

• Solid understanding of hospital operations, P&L management, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, revenue optimization, and labor management in multi-site healthcare or service settings.

• Demonstrated ability to merge business discipline with medical priorities.
