Group Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Oversee a team of Regional Operations Directors

• Enhance Group P&L performance and ensure operational excellence

• Exemplify VCA’s mission and guiding principles

• Collaborate with Medical Operations Leadership on development initiatives

• Streamline workflows and reinforce operational practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA or DVM preferred

• 10+ years of relevant experience / 12+ preferred

• High level of digital proficiency with productivity tools, including MS365

• Strong expertise in data and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI)

• Extensive knowledge of the veterinary, healthcare, or related services sector

• Strong understanding of hospital operations, P&L management, pricing strategies, etc.

• Capacity to analyze and apply reports and data to drive changes

• Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
