This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies to achieve established revenue and market expansion objectives.
• Guide, mentor, and enable a team of Regional VPs, Strategic, and Enterprise Account Executives to cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Interact directly with key customers and executive stakeholders to secure significant contracts and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, Partners, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance to ensure strategic coherence and enhance the customer journey.
• Utilize analytics and insights to provide accurate forecasts, evaluate performance, and modify strategies in response to market dynamics.
• Promote operational efficiency in pipeline management, resource allocation, and territory optimization.
• Represent Saviynt at major industry events, executive forums, and partner interactions to boost brand visibility and influence.
• Cultivate future leadership talent through effective mentorship and succession planning initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales leadership, including recent management of large, multi-regional teams.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading teams that consistently surpass revenue targets in rapidly growing SaaS environments.
