Group Sustainability – Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee double materiality assessments to establish and enhance ESG priorities.

• Define and monitor ESG key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in alignment with the business strategy.

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive sustainability and ethics strategy across the organization.

• Ensure adherence to the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other pertinent regulations.

• Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data, including conducting external assessments such as EcoVadis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• In-depth understanding of ESG principles, sustainability frameworks, and regulatory obligations.

• Demonstrated experience in sustainability, compliance, or ESG-related positions.

• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for converting data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication skills with a capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
