• Delivers risk management expertise to organizational leaders.

• Assists in the execution of risk frameworks aimed at reducing risk exposures.

• Interacts with essential business segments within the Bank.

• Oversees cross-functional teams or initiatives.

• Works collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across Risk Management and Technology.

• Designs and oversees operational risk domains and compliance frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification along with 7+ years of relevant experience.

• In-depth understanding of risk management governance, programs, policies, and practices.

• Awareness of current and emerging market trends and competitive landscape.

• Proficiency in mentoring and coaching others.

• Advanced capability in utilizing analytical software tools, data analysis techniques, and reporting methods.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
