Group Product Manager – RMIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guides, mentors, and motivates a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts, cultivating a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.

• Sets clear expectations for the team's application of AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), which includes research, discovery, delivery, and post-release assessment.

• Directs the use of AI-assisted research methodologies (such as synthesis, summarization, and trend analysis) to enhance the speed and depth of customer, market, and competitive insights.

• Ensures the team leverages AI for content and artifact creation, which encompasses product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, internal communications, and materials for stakeholders, while upholding clarity, precision, and human judgment.

• Promotes rapid prototyping and experimentation through AI-enabled tools to investigate solution possibilities, validate assumptions, and accelerate learning.

• Provides oversight to the team, ensuring alignment with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and its underlying processes.

• Tracks and reports on product KPIs and business metrics to enhance the Product and ensure the team's and products' efficiency and effectiveness.

• Cultivates and maintains in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including direct competitors, adjacent solutions, pricing tactics, and evolving market trends.

• Investigates and identifies emerging trends in AI, data, market, and technology to guide the product roadmap and foster innovation and differentiation.

• Utilizes data, experimentation, and AI-driven insights to validate roadmap prioritization and proposed solution developments, ensuring that problems are significant and solutions yield measurable value.

• Converts commercial strategy and competitive insights into a clear product vision and roadmap priorities to establish and supervise a prioritized roadmap across the Product Managers for a unified strategic vision for product suites/modules.

• Researches and identifies emerging market and technology needs to shape the market roadmap and encourage innovation and differentiation.

• Employs data to confirm roadmap prioritization and proposed solution developments.

• Verifies that we are addressing the correct issues and that these issues merit resolution.

• Advocates for the customer by proactively engaging with clients to understand their pain points and the challenges we need to address.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of team functionalities and solutions in accordance with departmental procedures.

• Communicates with other Product Managers and department leadership to ensure roadmaps are complementary and non-conflicting.

• Partners with key stakeholders, including but not limited to design, architecture, marketing, and business representatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering.

• Experience in Product Management and People Leadership.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.

• A solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies is essential.

• Prior experience in Risk Management is highly preferred.
