Group Product Manager – B2B Platform

📋 Description

• Articulate and convey the product vision and strategy for SoSafe's platform capabilities, which include user and identity management, authentication, access control, platform extensibility, and demo infrastructure.

• Take ownership of the roadmap for essential enterprise features such as SCIM-based user provisioning, SSO/SAML, role-based access control (RBAC), and our external API and integration surface, ensuring a balance between immediate enterprise needs and long-term platform scalability.

• Manage SoSafe's demo infrastructure, including environments, tooling, and configuration management that Sales and Solutions Engineering depend on to conduct credible enterprise demonstrations. Guarantee that demo environments are stable, representative of production, easy to provision and reset, and up-to-date with product releases to accurately reflect what prospects can expect.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to identify procurement blockers, security review patterns, and challenges in enterprise deployment, translating these insights into a roadmap that enhances deal velocity and minimizes time-to-value for commercial impact.

• Work alongside Engineering, Design, Security, and Technical Program Management to deliver dependable, compliant platform capabilities that IT and security teams can confidently deploy at scale.

• Define SoSafe's strategy for platform extensibility, including the API surface, integration patterns, partner ecosystem, and developer experience, allowing customers and technology partners to incorporate SoSafe into their broader security stack.

• Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to communicate SoSafe's enterprise-readiness narrative, support pre-sales security evaluations, and contribute to RFP responses.

• Set performance metrics for platform capabilities and evaluate their effect on enterprise conversion, deployment speed, and growth.

• Implement incremental shipping, learning from early adopters while maintaining high standards for security and reliability throughout the process.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

• A proven history of managing platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products that have a direct commercial impact, such as identity and access management, platform extensibility, integration ecosystems, demo or sandbox infrastructure, or enterprise administration and compliance capabilities.

• Strong conceptual understanding of enterprise authentication and provisioning standards, including SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, and RBAC. While you may not build them, you can lead credible technical discussions with engineering teams and security-focused enterprise buyers.

• Clear expertise in outcome-oriented prioritization, especially in navigating the balance between long-term platform investment and immediate enterprise deal necessities.

• Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills, with experience in aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders around a cohesive platform strategy.

• Ability to function effectively in complex, high-stakes technical environments where reliability and security are crucial constraints rather than secondary considerations.
