This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Define and steer the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the leading platform, ensuring a balance between immediate impacts and long-term development.
• Oversee the creation and enhancement of matching, routing, and distribution systems aimed at boosting conversion rates, efficiency, and revenue.
• Utilize data, experimentation, user research, and machine learning to guide product decisions and consistently enhance performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and design leaders using detailed specifications as a basis, ensuring accountability in delivering features that are exceptionally usable and appreciated by our agents and staff.
• Work with business stakeholders to guarantee that product investments are in line with partner success and the company's strategic priorities.
• Partner with fellow Product professionals to create intuitive, transparent agent experiences that promote adoption and effectively communicate value.
• Convert intricate technical systems into straightforward, actionable strategies that can be comprehended by both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Set clear objectives, success metrics, and experimental frameworks to assess impact and guide prioritization.
• Function as a product leader within the organization, influencing cross-functional teams and fostering alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a robust product management team that collaborates with cross-functional partners, including engineering, design, product marketing, research, and business strategy.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, demonstrating a strong history of owning and scaling complex platform products.
• More than 3 years of experience on a product team for a real estate portal or a large brokerage with a significant online presence is strongly preferred, especially if focused on lead generation or delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Solid technical background, with the capability to collaborate effectively on system design, algorithms, and data flows.
• A hands-on manager who is eager to roll up their sleeves and accomplish tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data, experimentation, and user research to shape strategy, prioritize effectively, and drive quantifiable business results.
• Proficiency in gathering and prioritizing user requirements from various sources, identifying core needs beyond user requests, and reconciling differing stakeholder perspectives.
• Strong skills in consensus-building and relationship management, with experience in mobilizing resources across different organizational functions.
• Capacity to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment, providing clarity amidst ambiguity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that enable you to influence other teams, create clarity, and maintain focus on complex challenges.
