• Lead the OptiMantra product team: mentor, coach, and develop three Product Managers, holding them accountable for outcomes rather than outputs.
• Act as the representative for OptiMantra — communicate the product line's vision to leadership, engineering, sales, support, and customers with clarity and consistency.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap, starting from desired outcomes (retention, activation, revenue, clinical efficiency) and prioritizing strategically.
• Remain actively involved: given our size, you will directly manage product surfaces through discovery, specifications, and shipping.
• Establish the UX benchmark—maintain high standards for clarity, guided experiences, and simplicity across all features and releases.
• Engage with users weekly: clinicians, practice managers, and front-desk staff to collect direct feedback.
• Collaborate across functions with engineering, design, sales, and support; synchronize with the Cerbo Group PM when features overlap both platforms.
• Propel AI integration throughout OptiMantra — AI Scribe is currently live; intelligent workflows, clinical decision support, and predictive tools are next on the agenda.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer on product strategy, organizational design, and long-term product vision.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including at least two years in a leadership role with a team of Product Managers.
• Experience with EHR/EMR or healthcare software is highly preferred—you should possess an understanding of clinical workflows, provider challenges, and the healthcare purchasing process.
• Proven leadership abilities: you have recruited, mentored, and developed PMs, providing constructive feedback with empathy while maintaining high expectations for your team.
• Excellent communicator: you write effectively, present convincingly, and craft narratives that align cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker who acts with urgency—you relate product decisions to business results, make informed trade-offs, and execute quickly without compromising quality.
• Highly collaborative: you work seamlessly across engineering, design, sales, and support, fostering collaboration rather than creating barriers.
• Strong UX and UI awareness—you understand what quality clinical software should look and feel like.
• Accountable: you take responsibility for your results, address issues as they arise, and acknowledge the team's contributions when successes occur.
• Technically proficient: you are capable of engaging with engineering leadership regarding architecture, APIs, and platform-related decisions.
• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Paid Time Off along with company holidays.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
• 401k plan with company matching contributions.
• Genuine ownership and the opportunity to make an impact in a rapidly growing health tech organization.
