• Lead & Deliver Impact: assist in key Health & Safety projects that align with company policies and frameworks.

• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing risk management, compliance, and safety performance.

• Establish consistent standards across both national and regional teams.

• Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement: analyze incident and business data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Share insights gained and implement actionable solutions to minimize risk.

• Collaborate with regional teams to conduct audits, training sessions, and compliance activities.

• Design and implement engaging Health & Safety training and awareness programs.
