This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Complete ownership of the Group finance function across various countries and entities.
• Design and implementation of a worldwide finance operating model.
• Development of treasury strategies, capital allocation, and financial engineering to facilitate growth and mergers & acquisitions.
• Creation of a high-performance finance organization (currently comprising 12 team members, expanding with acquisitions).
• Execution of systems, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
• Reporting to the board, generating insights, and providing strategic decision support.
• Full responsibility for audit, tax, compliance, and risk management across different jurisdictions.
• 10–15+ years in senior finance leadership positions, preferably within private equity-backed or multi-entity settings.
• Demonstrated experience working across various jurisdictions, currencies, and regulatory environments.
• Extensive expertise in FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial structuring.
• Proven history of building and managing high-performing teams in complex, rapidly scaling organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen—capable of translating financial insights into strategic actions.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels.
• Long-term perspective: average tenure of key team members exceeds 8 years.
• High-trust, high-autonomy environment with minimal bureaucracy.
• Exposure to a variety of businesses, markets, and challenges.
