Group Account Supervisor – Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead for the client once the proposal is accepted.

• Oversee and nurture business opportunities with current clients.

• Create client agendas and prepare slide presentations.

• Lead and/or assist in discussions with clients, LMR, faculty, and/or content experts about content and strategic direction.

• Review and send status/contact reports to clients following each interaction.

• Develop project briefs and scopes of work for both clients and internal team members.

• Provide guidance to the support team on all facets of project management to ensure that client expectations are met or surpassed.

• Manage projects utilizing approved internal project briefs, proposal templates, and budgetary tools.

• Collaborate with the internal team on the overall project plan, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

• Act as the internal team leader to ensure seamless and effective collaboration among all team members.

• Mentor staff at the Associate Account Executive, Account Executive, and/or Senior Account Executive levels. Depending on the team's size, there may be opportunities for management and supervision of colleagues.

• Conduct performance evaluations, develop plans for growth, and establish goals for direct reports as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company.

• Daily client interaction experience along with familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

• Willingness to travel 10-15% based on client needs.
