This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Oversee and lead a client services team managing an $8m+ revenue account group, ensuring alignment with client growth targets, budgets, and timelines.
β’ Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key client leadership, decision-makers, and influencers within client organizations, along with internal and external partners.
β’ Create and execute strategic plans for account growth and retention, identifying new opportunities and avenues for enhancement.
β’ Offer strategic guidance and direction to clients based on their objectives, needs, and challenges, presenting innovative and effective solutions that yield measurable outcomes.
β’ Guide teams in delivering a vision of account opportunity and performance, utilizing data and insights to optimize campaigns and showcase value and ROI.
β’ Establish and enhance quality standards and best practices across all global team initiatives.
β’ Foster collaboration and share best practices within client services and throughout the agency.
β’ Address issues or conflicts as they arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
β’ Contribute to the overall vision and direction of the agency, including involvement in new business development and pitching initiatives.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ 7+ years of experience in account management, ideally within an agency setting.
β’ 3+ years of experience in leading and managing teams.
β’ Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels and platforms.
β’ Background in working with clients from diverse industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and other complex sectors.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive action and results.
