Grocery Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Actively participate in boosting sales within the designated section.

• Provide customers with tailored advice using a proactive, sales-oriented strategy that meets their business requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the operational areas of the section.

• Oversee and ensure the quality of products.

• Work in collaboration with store management and team members to implement the store and section strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum educational background equivalent to completing secondary school (12th grade).

• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards is preferred.

• Prior experience in similar positions, preferably within the wholesale or retail industry.

• Must be available for full-time rotating shifts and varying days off.
