Greek Life Strategic Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with sorority and fraternity chapters at various campuses to promote active involvement in voter outreach initiatives.

• Identify new student leads and organize educational voter engagement meetings.

• Spearhead outreach activities, including presentations, chapter gatherings, and voter registration drives specifically designed for Greek Life organizations.

• Monitor chapter involvement in voter outreach efforts and deliver regular updates on engagement metrics and overall impact.

• Keep abreast of trends within Greek Life and campus culture to enhance outreach strategies and improve campaign relevance.

• Represent the organization at Greek Life conferences, campus events, and meetings with partners to bolster visibility and foster relationships.

• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of national chapter activities and timelines to maximize campaign timing and visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of Greek Life structures, trends, and culture—preferably with firsthand experience as a member of a fraternity or sorority.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively.

• Passionate about civic engagement and empowering students to register and vote.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Active or alumni experience in a fraternity or sorority.

• Experience in leading campus initiatives or programming related to Greek Life.

• Knowledge of student voting behaviors and the political landscape influencing youth turnout.

• Creative thinker capable of designing engaging, culturally relevant campaigns and events for Greek Life audiences.
