Greek Life Strategic Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with sorority and fraternity chapters across campuses to promote active involvement in voter outreach initiatives.

• Identify new student leads and conduct informative voter engagement meetings.

• Direct outreach efforts, including presentations, chapter meetings, and voter registration drives specifically designed for Greek Life organizations.

• Monitor chapter participation in voter outreach activities and deliver regular reports on engagement metrics and their impact.

• Keep abreast of Greek Life trends and campus culture to refine outreach strategies and improve campaign relevance.

• Represent the organization at Greek Life conferences, campus events, and partner meetings to enhance visibility and foster relationships.

• Maintain an active calendar of national chapter activities and timelines to optimize campaign timing and visibility.

• Strong understanding of Greek Life structures, trends, and culture—preferably with experience as a fraternity or sorority member.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proven ability to effectively manage various projects, timelines, and priorities.

• A passion for civic engagement and empowering students to register and vote.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote setting.
