Greek Life Strategic Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and foster robust relationships with sorority and fraternity chapters on campuses to promote active involvement in voter outreach initiatives.

• Identify new student leads and facilitate informative meetings focused on voter engagement.

• Spearhead outreach initiatives, including presentations, chapter meetings, and voter registration drives specifically designed for Greek Life organizations.

• Monitor chapter involvement in voter outreach activities and generate regular reports on engagement metrics and overall impact.

• Stay updated on trends within Greek Life and campus culture to refine outreach approaches and enhance campaign significance.

• Act as the organization's representative at Greek Life conferences, campus events, and partner meetings to bolster visibility and relationships.

• Keep an up-to-date calendar of national chapter activities and timelines to maximize campaign timing and visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of Greek Life structures, trends, and culture—preferably with firsthand experience as a member of a fraternity or sorority.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proven capability to handle multiple projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently.

• Enthusiasm for civic engagement and empowering students to register and vote.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a remote setting.

• Active or alumni experience in a fraternity or sorority.

• Experience in leading campus initiatives or programming related to Greek Life.

• Insight into student voting behaviors and the political landscapes influencing youth turnout.

• Innovative thinker with the capacity to create engaging, culturally relevant campaigns and events for Greek Life audiences.
