Greek Life Strategic Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture strong connections with sorority and fraternity chapters on campuses to promote active involvement in voter outreach programs.

• Identify new student leads and conduct informative meetings focused on voter engagement.

• Spearhead outreach initiatives, including presentations, chapter gatherings, and voter registration campaigns specifically designed for Greek Life organizations.

• Monitor chapter involvement in voter outreach activities and deliver regular reports detailing engagement metrics and overall impact.

• Keep abreast of trends within Greek Life and campus culture to adjust outreach strategies and enhance the relevance of campaigns.

• Represent the organization at Greek Life conferences, campus gatherings, and partner meetings to bolster visibility and strengthen relationships.

• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of national chapter activities and timelines to maximize campaign timing and visibility.

• Strong understanding of Greek Life structures, trends, and culture—ideally, with prior experience as a member of a fraternity or sorority.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently.

• Passion for civic engagement and empowering students to register and vote.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote work environment.

• Active or alumni experience in a fraternity or sorority.

• Experience in leading campus initiatives or programming related to Greek Life.

• Awareness of student voting behaviors and the political landscape influencing youth turnout.

• Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging, culturally relevant campaigns and events tailored for Greek Life audiences.
