GRC Consultant – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives consistent and scalable revenue through license sales, subscription models, renewals, and cross-/upselling.

• Carry out the complete go-to-market approach: from generating leads to closing deals and managing renewals.

• Leverage marketing as a growth tool by identifying target groups and personas, and creating campaigns and content that yield high-quality leads.

• Collaborate closely with platform, module, and project teams to ensure customer needs are realistic and that the value proposition is effectively communicated.

• Foster partner management: maintain shared customer lists, collaboratively pursue strategic accounts, and exchange expertise.

• Engage in revenue planning, conduct regular forecasts, and take ownership of order intake.

• Represent HiScout in external settings, including conferences, key accounts, and partnerships, acting as the face of HiScout in the market.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the compliance, data protection, or IT security sectors.

• Demonstrated success in license/subscription sales, renewals, and cross-/upselling.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both internally and externally.

• A confident presence as the representative of the company with customers, partners, and at events.

• Familiarity with common CRM and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Confluence.

• Native-level proficiency in German and business fluency in English.

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
