Grassroots Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develops and implements a comprehensive grassroots advocacy initiative within the designated region.

• Recruits volunteers and establishes a leadership program for volunteers.

• Executes grassroots tactics and campaign strategies to address legislative priorities.

• Supports the attainment of fundraising objectives set by volunteers.

• Embodies the organization's values and adheres to lobbying guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of three years of applicable work experience.

• Prior experience in political issues or campaign organization is highly preferred.

• Experience in recruiting, developing, and engaging volunteers is preferred.

• Fundraising experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Every Action, or comparable tools is beneficial.

• Knowledge or experience with the basics of Direct Action Organizing is a plus.
