Graphic Designer – Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Social media assets: Create visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website—designs that capture attention and remain memorable.

• Marketing collateral: Develop pitch decks, one-pagers, and campaign graphics—everything that enhances our brand presence.

• UX-focused designs: Design landing pages, newsletters, and CTAs—ensuring clarity, user-friendliness, and performance optimization.

• Brand alignment: Consistently adhere to our brand guidelines (logo, colors, typography) to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

• Collaborative process: Engage in a straightforward feedback cycle—implementing changes, testing outcomes, and optimizing together.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in tools: Canva (mandatory), along with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator—you know when to apply each tool effectively.

• Marketing-oriented: Recognize that design serves a purpose beyond aesthetics—impact is paramount.

• Quick learner: Receive a brief and produce designs efficiently—you prefer an iterative approach over striving for perfection.

• Sense of ownership: Take initiative for your responsibilities and contribute actively to the team.

• Portfolio: Present tangible work—social media posts, web designs, and marketing materials. We value executed projects over concept studies.
