Graphic Designer – Product, Packaging, Visual Merchandising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with creative, product, retail, and marketing teams to create engaging assets across various channels, including visual merchandising displays, product packaging, print materials, event collateral, marketing mailers, and occasionally email, web, and social media assets.

• Conceptualize and execute packaging designs from initial ideas to production-ready files, ensuring exceptional quality at every stage of the process.

• Design retail and point-of-sale materials, including displays, fixtures, and in-store signage that effectively showcase the brand on the shelf.

• Uphold high brand standards and maintain quality assurance across all projects, ensuring that work is cohesive, consistent, original, and aligned with brand identity.

• Guarantee timely and accurate delivery of all projects while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Exhibit flexibility and strong organizational skills in handling a diverse and evolving project load.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of graphic design experience, whether in-house, agency, or freelance.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

• Strong 3D rendering skills relevant to visual merchandising and product packaging projects (experience with 3D rendering/mockup software is a significant advantage).

• Proficient in typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding, with sharp technical execution, including comping and presentation preparation.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Workfront, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Figma or a comparable visualization platform.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

• A collaborative mindset and positive attitude — equally effective when working with teams or independently.

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.

• A genuine passion for the beauty industry.
